1)Beta blockers; ask patient for
-bronchial asthma
-cardiac arrhythmia
-antidepressants
-dyslipidemia
-erectile dysfunction
-systemic beta blocker
2)Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
-ask about kidney troubles
-ask about concomitant systemic CAIs
-ask about sulfonamide allergy
3)PG analogues
-look at iris color and complexion
-look for VKC
-look for herpetic scars
-look for pseudophakia
-ask for history of uveitis
4)alpha2 agonists
-ask for hypertension and hypotension
-ask for epilepsy
-avoid in infants and children
-better avoid driving
